weh weh weh

Sorry for the absence but i have been passing out every night instead of doing things i need to get done, which is super. getting back into retail hours is always a fun trip.  just no fun hallucinations.

first off, when i get my paycheck you can be sure that 12 dollars will be going to amazon to purchase HEAVY METAL PARKING LOT on DVD so i can always be witness to the glory that is a judas priest show parking lot in glen burnie in 1986.

second, do yourself a favor and check out the Wax Poetics digital music store, an awesome multi-genre collection of artists and albums that may be a bit more expensive but are selected by the people at Wax Poetics and are not governed by a huge corporation or undiscerning audience.

third, Dreamboat Annie.  perfect for summer and playing while I hot roller/feather my hair before a date with an equally feathered hot stoner named earl who has his own airbrushed van with carpeted interior.  did i mention i currently live in 1977?  time travel's a trip, man.

theres more but i forgot.  damn earl.

Becky, you are awesome. P.S. There's a new guy at Teavana named Earl Gray. No joke. He also sounds much like the Earl in your head, only our Earl is a little more 1950's and calls people "chicky baby" where yours would probably just say "dude" a lot.

what. his name is seriously EARL GRAY? DID HE CHANGE IT LEGALLY AND MAKE IT HIS LIFE'S WORK TO WORK WITH TEA?

yeah my earl's gotta be a little more David Wooderson mixed in with The Dude.

side note: one time my mom was asking me about my teachers for my last semester of senior year (high school) and had just come from "walking away the pounds" in her room and got all weird and attempted to get fresh with me by asking how "that chick" (my teacher) was. that teacher being my religious studies teacher. my mom attempted to get down on my level but missed the mark by 20 years. i will never be able to erase that memory.
